1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Haj Umrah Deals (the "Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this Platform's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Nature of the Service

Haj Umrah Deals is strictly a marketplace platform. Our sole purpose is to connect potential pilgrims (the "Users") with registered travel agencies (the "Agencies") providing Hajj and Umrah packages.

We are an independent technology platform and do not organize, operate, or fulfill any travel packages, flights, accommodations, visas, or any other travel-related services ourselves.

3. Fees and Charges

Haj Umrah Deals is a completely free service for Users. We do not charge Users any subscription fees, booking fees, or hidden costs for browsing packages or connecting with travel agencies through our Platform. All financial transactions regarding the purchase of travel packages are strictly conducted between the User and the chosen travel Agency outside of our platform.

4. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Experience

Because we act solely as an intermediary directory:

• We hold absolutely no liability or responsibility for the actual travel experience, quality of services, hotels, flights, or any other aspect of the package provided by the travel agencies.
• Any disputes, claims, losses, injuries, or damages resulting from the trip are solely the responsibility of the travel agency and the traveler.
• While we attempt to verify agencies listed on our platform, we make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy of package descriptions, the reliability of the agencies, or the fulfillment of promised services.
• Users are strongly encouraged to independently verify the credentials of the travel agency and carefully review the agency's own terms and conditions before making any payments.

5. User Obligations

Users agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Platform. Users agree to provide accurate information when utilizing our contact and inquiry forms to connect with agencies.

6. Modification of Terms

Haj Umrah Deals reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All legal issues, disputes, or claims are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India only.
