Refund Policy

Platform Disclaimer

Haj Umrah Deals is a free discovery platform and directory. We do not process payments, collect funds, or handle bookings directly. Therefore, Haj Umrah Deals cannot issue refunds under any circumstances. All financial transactions occur exclusively between you and the travel agency.

1. Agency-Specific Policies

Because every travel agency operates independently, their refund and cancellation policies vary significantly. Any refund request, cancellation, or modification to your Hajj or Umrah package must be directed exclusively to the travel agency with whom you booked.

If the travel agency has a documented refund policy, your booking will be strictly subject to their terms. If an agency does not have a general refund policy, the specific cancellation and refund terms will be mentioned in the detailed itinerary or description of the package itself.

*No cash payment to any agency*

2. Non-Refundable Components

Travelers should be aware that Hajj and Umrah packages often include components that are strictly non-refundable by nature, regardless of the agency's overarching policy. These typically include, but are not limited to:

  • Visa processing fees (Ministry of Hajj and Umrah charges).
  • Non-refundable airline tickets.
  • Deposits made to secure hotel accommodations during peak seasons (such as Ramadan or the Hajj period).
  • Transportation reservations within Saudi Arabia.

Please verify with your chosen agency exactly which portions of your payment are refundable before transferring any funds.

3. Dispute Resolution

While Haj Umrah Deals is not a party to the financial agreement between you and the travel agency, we take the integrity of our platform seriously.

If you experience a severe breach of contract by an agency listed on our platform and they refuse to honor their documented refund policy, you may report the agency to our administration team. While we cannot force the agency to issue a refund or mediate the financial dispute, verified reports of fraudulent behavior or gross negligence may result in the agency being permanently banned and removed from the Haj Umrah Deals platform to protect future pilgrims.

4. Best Practices for Travelers

To protect yourself, we strongly recommend that you:

  • Request a formal, written contract or invoice from the agency detailing the exact refund and cancellation terms before making any payment.
  • Consider purchasing independent travel insurance that covers trip cancellation or interruption.
  • Maintain records of all communications and transaction receipts with the agency.

5. No Cash Payments

To ensure a secure and traceable transaction, no cash payments should be made to any travel agency. All payments for your Hajj or Umrah package must be completed through secure, documented banking channels (such as bank transfer, credit card, or official payment gateways). Haj Umrah Deals strongly advises against handing over cash, and any cash transactions will fall outside the scope of our recommended best practices and potential dispute mediation.
